No shower gel no shampoo One Phone is not working decoy Hair dryer not working To contact staff to replace the bottle the are no staff at evening. Are sofa bed wasn’t ready they told me I should do it myself It was no event pillow blankets and bed sheets was ready for us for bed sofa Arrived at 10 pm and should wait for someone delivered to us. No bell boy at arrival as well
