The hotel is well located for those looking for peace and quiet. However, there is a train line that runs very close to the rooms, and the noise can be disturbing, especially in the morning and at night, particularly for rooms closer to the railway. The hotel is located right in front of the beach, and you just need to cross the road to access it. The area is nice, with good pizza and beer options for those who enjoy having a drink. There is also a surf spot in front of the hotel. The waves are not the best due to backwash, which makes surfing a bit difficult, but there are usually beginners learning there, and it is not very crowded.
