Tea Service: The waiting time for tea has been exceeding 30 minutes, which is quite inconvenient. I recommend evaluating the process to enhance efficiency and reduce wait times. Breakfast Service: The morning breakfast service appears to lack coordination, often giving the impression that staff are rushing straight from their beds to serve guests. Improving staff readiness and service quality would greatly enhance the guest experience. I sincerely believe that a proper audit of the housekeeping procedures and overall customer satisfaction will help identify areas for improvement and elevate the quality of service provided.
