Very disappointing breakfast experience for a 4-star hotel. We went for breakfast around 9:00 AM, and the selection was already extremely limited, with very little food available. There were clearly not enough staff to manage such a large breakfast area, and the overall service was poor and unhelpful. I requested a simple egg to be prepared, but I was told that breakfast time was over and they could not make it. If breakfast service is still running, guests should be able to expect the basic items to be available and the staff to be willing to assist. For a 4-star hotel, this level of breakfast service and staff support is simply not acceptable. The overall experience was disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category.
